Fix 21 links pointing at this site's own dead URLs

Thirteen pointed at git.sr.ht/~ccleberg, which the repos left for GitHub — four
project links, one commit, and eight line-anchored source links in the org-mode
post. Two pointed at URLs this site no longer serves: /wiki/#digital-garden is
now /garden/, and the nginx reverse proxy post moved to its slug. Two images
were referenced as .webp when the files are .jpg.

The remaining four had no correct target. ao.cleberg.net and voyager.cleberg.net
are decommissioned, so those three links are unlinked rather than repointed and
the voyager sentence now says the instance is gone. The tuesday post linked an
image that exists nowhere in the img repo; the parenthetical is dropped.
