Pin requests, and stop listing standard-library modules
requirements.txt named email, smtplib and json alongside requests. smtplib and
json have no PyPI distribution and the email package that does exist is
unrelated, so pip install -r requirements.txt failed while trying to build it —
the documented install step did not work.
requests is the only third-party import in main.py. requirements.in is now the
source and requirements.txt the compiled pin, resolved against Python 3.11.
Verified by installing it into a clean environment.
