Link references in org bodies (!147)
- `FormattedBodyView` passes `linkReferences` to `OrgView` as `textTransform` (krz/org-swift!9) when a repo is set, so `#N`, `!N` and `owner/name#N` link in org bodies as they do in markdown. Code, verbatim and existing links are skipped.
- org-swift requirement raised to 0.7.0; Package.resolved pins v0.7.0 (d91c9b5).
