Live suite steps for the 1.2.0 flows (!108)

Five live tests for !99–!104, all green on iPhone 17 Pro against gitbay.org, with the full 19-test suite green. Snippet file actions move to a header menu (a swipe on the code row scrolled the code); identifiers on the label create row; the account flow scrolls to the PGP key.
