Fix org-body freeze (org-swift 0.7.1); larger send buttons
- org-swift 0.7.1 (krz/org-swift!10): parsing an org body with a line
such as "#12 fixed this" looped forever, freezing the issue or MR
screen that showed it.
- The comment and reply send buttons use title size with a 44pt target.
