Take org keyword colors from the app palette
org-swift 0.3.0 stops hardcoding green and orange for TODO/DONE and takes
them from the caller. org's TODO/DONE is the same open/done distinction the
forge already colors, so they reuse gbOK and gbDone rather than a third
treatment.
Also picks up the emphasis border-rule fix: `=ssh.mode = "system"=` in
krz/gitbay's README rendered as two verbatim spans with the quoted value
loose between them, and is now one.
