A relative link in a Markdown README renders styled as a link but does nothing when tapped. Absolute links work.

Reproduce: open krz/org-swift in the app. Its README.md says "See ARCHITECTURE.md." — the text is blue, the tap is inert. In the same README, an https:// link opens Safari as expected.

Cause: MarkdownView takes only markdown: String. AttributedString(markdown:) sets .link to the raw target, so a relative path becomes a scheme-less URL that openURL cannot open. ReadmeView already passes host and repoPath to the org path, which resolves relative targets to https://{host}/{owner}/{repo}/blob/HEAD/…; the Markdown path is handed neither.

Affects [text](path), [text](./path), [text](../other-repo), and [text](/abs/path) in any .md README. Org READMEs are unaffected.
