TeX math in markdown bodies #39

Issue, merge request and release bodies and comments in markdown show $\dots$ and $$\dots$$ as source; the web renders them as MathML (krz/gitbay#294). Render them natively with SwiftMath, following the web's delimiter rules, and show the source where an expression is refused. Parity row: TeX math as MathML (markdown half).
