e2e: match current build-follow and account-token page text

TestBuildLogFollow checked for the removed "Live:" marker; the live
build page now says "This page updates itself until the build ends".
TestAccountSettingsWeb asserted the settings page had no token form by
checking for value="token-mint", which never matched even before the
token form shipped (the field is token-create); assert the real form
is present instead.
