wiki: correct three stale iOS rows

profile about and links has been on iOS since krz/gitbay-ios 8d2421a —
the decoder reads about, about_format and links, and ProfileView renders
the about text through the same OrgSwift path a README takes.

account export bundle and request a login link become n/a on iOS, on the
argument the archive-download row already makes: a JSON bundle has
nowhere useful to land on a phone, and the app signs in with a pasted
bearer token, so a one-time link into the web unlocks nothing it can use.
