internal/httpd/web.go:562 builds crumbs with kind blob and :867 with blame, so every parent-directory crumb on a file page links to /blob/<ref>/<dir>. Confirmed: /krz/gitbay/blob/main/internal is 404 while /tree/main/internal is 200.
Remedy: pass tree for directory crumbs in both handlers; only the leaf is a blob.
