internal/httpd/web.go:1658 cuts the patch at 4 MiB mid-line; diff.go:49 parses the stub with no truncated flag, so the last hunk renders wrong and the diffstat under-reports. MR commits are capped at 100 (web.go:1683) with no notice.
Remedy: carry Truncated on the parsed diff and render a banner; "first 100 of N commits".
