mractions.go:28 and issueactions.go:23 redirect with ?e=<message>; mr.html:21, issue.html:9, settings.html:5 read it. The error survives reload and lands in history. The only success flash is account.html:5.
Remedy: a one-shot cookie flash read and cleared by render.
