Remedy: drop every number or generate them; keep the invariants, which are still correct.
CLAUDE.md is gitignored, so this is a local edit rather than a merge request. Dropped every count that had drifted (version, command totals, e2e file count, line counts), pointed at git tag, CHANGELOG.org, /healthz and gitbay help --json as the places those facts live, and rewrote "Current state" for v1.9.0: the review's milestones, the runner's scope and non-admin account, CLI connection sharing and the auth-limiter hazard after a deploy, parseFlags, the registry tests that now enforce the stdin and read-only gotchas, generated font routes, and the rule that full e2e runs belong to CI.
