Dead: .container, .repogrid (:1415), .railsettings (:290), .mirrorline/.mirrorerr (:1010); form.inline defined twice (:353, :735), .repohead .topics twice with conflicting margins (:338, :1009); :760 dark block is a no-op. Templates use .primary (mr.html:103, account.html:32, mrnew.html:19, builds.html:11, releases.html:16) and .pathbar .actions, neither defined. Three breakpoints (40, 52, 62rem) are not unified.
Remedy: one cleanup pass; define .primary; add the two display sizes to the type scale.
