web.go:1007 builds goldmark without parser.WithAutoHeadingID(), so .md READMEs and wiki pages cannot be deep-linked while org files can. Task-list checkboxes get no styling. web.go:64 serves the 62 KB stylesheet with no ETag or Cache-Control while fonts get a week.
Remedy: add the parser option; hash the embedded CSS at init and serve ETag plus max-age.
