  • Pin control reads "black star Pin" to a screen reader (layout.html:62).
  • refs.html and releases.html:35 tables have no header row.
  • nav.filters marks the active state by colour only, no aria-current (issues.html:6).
  • A rendered README h1 follows the repo-title h1 (layout.html:57) as a second top-level heading.

Remedy: aria-hidden on the glyph, <th scope="col">, aria-current="true" on active filters, demote the README heading.
