internal/store/dashboard.go filters issues and merge_requests by author_id and orders by updated_at; neither column is indexed. issue_assignees's primary key (issue_id, user_id) cannot serve AssignedIssues's user_id lookup. Full scans, invisible at 68 repositories.
Remedy: indexes on (author_id, updated_at) for both tables and on issue_assignees(user_id).
