release delete is CLI-only. Unlike repository delete and transfer, which are
CLI-only deliberately because they want a typed confirmation, nothing about a
release makes a button wrong.
Decide which it is when implementing: either add the control, or record the refusal in the wiki's "SSH only, by design" list so the row stops reading as outstanding work.
