Since #203, TransferRepo into an org folds the repository's labels and milestones whose names the org holds into the org's rows, in the owner-update transaction. runRepoTransfer (internal/control/repo.go) then moves the directory; if that fails it transfers ownership back, but the fold is not reversed, so the repository's own same-named rows stay with the org.
Filesystem-error path only. Options: make the fold reversible (record what was folded and restore it), move the directory before the database write, or accept and document. Decide and record.
