Under 52rem the rail becomes a strip and hides its pinned group, and the dashboard no longer repeats the pinned list (#218). On a phone a pinned repository is reachable only through Explore or search. Decide where the pinned list lives at that width: a Pinned section on the dashboard for narrow widths only, or a row under the strip.
