Review item M01, out of scope for #218. !315 was closed without merging because its commit reached main under !313; the page says so only in the closing comment. Record a related request explicitly (a field set at close time, or a "closed in favour of !N" form) and show it beside the state. Do not relabel the request as merged or infer the relation from prose.
