need to move the user profile about section into a dedicated repo.
likely should use a .gitbay/USERNAME/README.{org|md} structure, or something similar. if we go with the github-style of USERNAME/README, then that repo only serves one purpose and fills up space a dotfile wouldn't
consider moving user profile =links= to this repo as well
