profile: repositories sit under the About text and the activity graph #242

From an outside review of the web UI. The finding is the complaint; the suggestion below is one way out, not a decision.

owner.html renders in this order: name and description, the rendered About file (:12), the activity graph with its year of squares (:13-20), then repositories (:22). A profile with a long About pushes the repository list below the fold, and the activity graph is a fixed block between them, so the list never moves up.

Reported: the biography and activity section precede repositories, so projects are hard to find on a profile.

One option: put repositories near the top and give the page Overview / About / Repositories navigation, keeping the About text reachable rather than cut. Other shapes exist — pinned or featured repositories above the About, or moving the activity graph below the list — and which one is right is the open question here.
