web: settings page quotes commands that fail from stock OpenSSH #263

The settings page quotes commands that fail.

• internal/web/templates/account.html:199: "All of it works from stock OpenSSH too: ssh git@{{.Host}} auth whoami". The server answers unknown command "auth", exit 2. auth is a CLI grouping; the server command is whoami (internal/control/identity.go:18).
• The same section labels gitbay auth token create --name laptop as working from stock OpenSSH. Over plain ssh it is ssh git@host token create --name laptop.
• The root help's auth identity: whoami, SSH and PGP keys leaves out token, email and export, so someone looking for tokens does not find them.

Changes:

• ssh git@{{.Host}} whoami in the template; show both forms for the token line.
• auth summary: whoami, SSH and PGP keys, email, API tokens.
• A test that runs every command quoted in a template through the registry, so a renamed command fails CI.
