Diffs render unified only. Add a split layout on the MR diff, commit and compare pages.

Server-rendered, selected by query (layout=split), remembered per user the way web theme is.
Line-number comment links keep their cside; each column links its own side.
Falls back to unified below a width where two columns do not fit.
The page width class in TestMainWidthClass needs checking for the wider layout.
