No reactions exist (#114 covered search only). Add a fixed set of reactions to issues, MRs and their comments.

  • Fixed set (e.g. 馃憤 馃憥 馃槃 馃帀 馃槙 鉂わ笍 馃殌 馃憖), no custom emoji.
  • Commands: issue react <n> [--comment <id>] <reaction> and --remove, same for mr. issue show/mr show JSON carry counts and whether the caller reacted.
  • Web: a form button per reaction, counts beside each comment.
  • A reaction files no notification and no activity-feed row.
  • Needs comment ids exposed on the CLI surfaces if they are not already.
