Tests fail at the instance's first start with ssh_test.go:78 'listener did not come back' (builds 1626 and the first !507 run: TestMergeRecordedWhenTargetContainsHead, TestArchiveAndTopics, TestAuditChainVerify). The daemon logs no error; the harness waits a fixed 10s while parallel tests start instances on a loaded four-core runner, and the failure names no port and shows no daemon output.
