cli: help examples name the server's command path, not the CLI's #304

For the commands whose CLI path differs from the registry path, gitbay <cli path> --help prints examples under the server name: gitbay auth keys add --help shows gitbay keys add --label laptop < key.pub, which the CLI rejects ("unknown command "keys""). deploy/runner-auth-flood-test.sh was written from those examples and failed on bay1.

Examples (and USAGE, where it says gitbay) should use the CLI path; a test over every renamed command should fail when one does not.
