Terminal capabilities: truecolor label swatches and OSC 8 hyperlinks on refs, negotiated as --term options. Swatches when COLORTERM is truecolor/24bit; links for known OSC 8 terminals or GITBAY_LINKS=1, off with GITBAY_LINKS=0. Compact glyphs for check columns. Needs the phase 1 ParseTerm change deployed first.
