Stage 1 of #316. Plan tasks 1–8 in docs/plans/2026-10-01-cli-views.md.

glyph(), cGlyph, cYou, cMeta; refs painted dim, not cyan (table and view.title).
table writes a header row only when a column is a number or size; lines() split from flush().
internal/control/screen.go: screen, field, section, row, action, render, legend layout, cmdline.
Term.Here from here= in --term; the CLI sends the repository it inferred.
emitView, emitPageView; the cursor line becomes Next page <command>.
Test helpers: checkActions (every suggested command resolves in the registry with declared flags) and pinPlain (piped output pinned before a command migrates).
Users wiki "Output rules" rewritten; changelog entry.

Piped and --json output byte-identical.
