audit takes only --limit. The log has fourteen event kinds plus the generic cmd <path> row, and finding one actor's actions means paging the whole thing.

Add --actor <user>, --action <prefix>, --since <time> to the audit control command.
gitbayd admin audit prints tab rows only; give it --json like admin stats has.
