Four background workers keep failure state and none has an instance-wide view. Webhook deliveries and mirrors are readable per repo, builds per user, and the mail queue (DueMail, MarkMailFailed) is readable nowhere.
Add an admin-only queues block to dashboard, next to the existing server block: pending and failed counts per worker, oldest pending age, dead-lettered deliveries across repos, mail rows with last error, mirrors with sync errors, builds running past a threshold.
Then render /admin on the web by dispatching dashboard. admin is already reserved in internal/policy/names.go and has no route.
