label colors are stored but never written #85

The labels table has a color column and LabelColors reads it, but the only insert in internal/store/issues.go sets name only. No command or form sets a color, so every label renders uncolored.

Either add label set <owner/name> <label> --color <hex> (and a list) or drop the column.
