UI test: follow the current navigation (!63)

`AccessibilityAuditTests` failed on main at its first tap because the UI it navigates had changed since !19:

- Settings moved into the Sky tab's Explore menu (!41).
- The Launches tab is "News & launches" (!30).
- The Library has no "Planets" heading since !44; the test now uses "See all Planets".

The test passes on an iPhone 18 Pro simulator (iOS 27.0) and audits all seven screens (67 issues recorded, not failed, as before). `swift test` and server `npm test` (18) pass.
