Remove testLaunchPerformance (#29)

XCTApplicationLaunchMetric doesn't report reliably against an
LSUIElement app with no window — the test failed on 3 of 5 local runs
with "Received unexpected number of metrics: 0". It has no recorded
baseline, so it asserted nothing, and it cost roughly 15s a run.
