Point every URL at krazywarez

The repository moved orgs, which took the documentation site with it:
ccleberg.github.io/orgo now 404s and krazywarez.github.io/orgo serves. Every
link in the README and the install page followed it, along with `repository` and
`homepage` in Cargo.toml.

CODEOWNERS and FUNDING.yml keep the personal handle on purpose — those name a
person, not a location.
