Update the manual for Cancel Running Task and the Mac preset keys

Rename Cancel Running Block to Cancel Running Task and describe cancelling
Emacs exports and table recalculations. Add the new Mac preset keys for act
at point, links, clocking, export, narrowing, sort, properties, footnotes,
edit block, TODO keywords, same-level headings, effort, priority and tangle,
and drop the statements that the Mac preset has no keys for them.

21The Mac preset binds fewer commands than the others. It has no keys for links, export, agenda, capture, clocking, narrowing, sorting, properties, footnotes, code blocks or =C-c C-c=. Run those from the Org menu, from the command palette (=⇧⌘P=), from a menu shortcut (Agenda =⇧⌘A=, Capture =⇧⌘N=), or bind them yourself in =keymap.toml=. 21The Mac preset binds fewer commands than the others. =⌃⌘X= is its =C-c C-c=, =⌘K= inserts a link and =⇧⌘E= opens the export sheet; the [[*Key reference][key reference]] lists the rest.
