Go-built HTML hardcodes English: comment headers, "In reply to",
pagination, folder and content headings, "No results", "[ TEXT ]".
gruser.htm section headings and the index blurb are untranslated. Every
template declares lang="en". Languages() in app/i18n.go is unused.
Move the strings into the catalogues, set lang from the resolved
language, and either use or remove Languages().
