static/html/head.htm and index.htm use initial-scale=0.4 and
height=device-height; skunky.css then compensates with
* { font-size: 120% } in portrait. Use width=device-width, initial-scale=1 and adjust the portrait rules to match. Check on a phone
width before and after.
