Add Claude Code statusline and LSP plugins !3

Adds a statusline script (model, directory, git branch, context usage) and LSP plugins for Go, Swift, Python, and Rust.

Requires brew install gopls pyright on a new machine; sourcekit-lsp and rust-analyzer come from Xcode and rustup.
