34 spec §N citations across 16 files pointed at a document that is not in the repo. Each is replaced with the rule it referred to, stated plainly, or dropped where the sentence already said it. Nothing normative is invented — where a citation carried the only statement of a rule, that rule is now written out.
Drift fixed: the differential secret-typing test is no longer described as a stubbed #[ignore]; the collector README no longer points at a captured run that does not exist; the shell hooks no longer claim to emit exit codes (in the README and in the script's own privacy contract — the latter in caps, which is why it survived earlier greps); two stale "CI" mentions left over from removing .gitbay/ci.yml.
The issue's fourth drift item — signald's module docs calling the hardware collector a stub — was already fixed when the ingest work landed.
