gitbay v1.19.0 (krz/gitbay#203) adds org-level labels and milestones. Every repository under an org lists the org's rows beside its own, marked "org":true in label list and milestone list JSON; issue label --add, issue milestone and mr milestone resolve the org row first. New commands: org label set|list|remove, org milestone create|list|close|reopen (org admins write; reads answer members, or outsiders with a readable repository). Counts on org rows span the repositories the caller can read.
The Parity matrix on the krz/gitbay wiki lists these as no for iOS. Decide what the app shows: at minimum the org mark on a repository's label and milestone lists; optionally the org's own lists on the org screen, and management for org admins.
