notifications settings watch on|off landed with krz/gitbay!377 (#194 there): a per-account preference that makes the account a recipient of every issue and merge request on the repositories it can write to. notifications settings show --json now reports {"mail": bool, "watch": bool}. The app shows the mail switch; it should show this one beside it. Ref krz/gitbay#194.
