The live suite no longer depends on a personal account. A dedicated
ios-smoke user (krz admin) owns the scratch repo and the edit fixture;
its profile description, PGP UID and org member row are what the tests
assert on. gitbayUITests/smoke-account.sh provisions the account and
pushes ios-smoke/ui-smoke-edit; cmc/ui-smoke-edit is deleted.
The iPad screenshot checkpoint waits for the profile edit button instead of a specific description, so store screenshots still work as a real user.
Not yet run live: the account does not exist until the script is run. The UI test bundle compiles.
