- MRDetail decodes labels. The detail screen adds and removes them with mr label --add/--remove, coloured from the repository's set; the colours load from the section, so load() keeps its four reads.
- MRFilter gains --label; the list's filter sheet offers the repository's labels.
- The chip row and label picker the issue screens had are shared views now, used by both.
- Live suite: testMRLabelFlow adds a label, filters the list by it (an unlabelled fixture MR drops out), and removes it.
Unit tests: 475 passed on iOS 26.5 and 18.6; Release device build succeeds. Live: testMRLabelFlow passed as ios-smoke at a1603c8.
