The web's /admin and /admin/users, for an instance admin.
- Admin: the server build and dashboard's six worker queues, with the web's headings, counts lines, rows and empty sentences.
- Accounts: admin user list with the web's five filters, paged. Each row offers the web's role and access actions; demote and disable ask for the username typed. The list reloads after every action, so a refusal leaves the row showing the account's real state.
- The account menu shows Admin when whoami says the account is an admin; the flag is read on the My Profile tab.
No account show, invite, runners, repository administration, audit log or statistics: the web has none of them either.
Unit tests: 512 passed on iOS 26.5 and 18.6; Release device build succeeds. Live: testProfileAndNavigationFlows passed as ios-smoke, which is not offered Admin.
Draft until someone looks at Admin and Accounts signed in as an instance admin: nothing so far has seen the Admin entry appear for an admin. No action should be confirmed during that look.
