- Bullet and ordered list items take the lines that wrap them. Before, the first wrapped line ended the list and the rest rendered as a paragraph, so every multi-line item broke at its source line break (cmc/cleberg.net README).
- A continuation line is any non-blank line that does not start a heading, fence, quote, list item, rule or table.
- Item text gets
fixedSize(horizontal: false, vertical: true); it truncated to one line at some widths.
