  • accessibilityLabel on every icon-only button and menu (actions menus, account, bookmarks, new/add/filter/send buttons, chip remove).
  • RemovableChips: "Remove " label; remove button hit area padded to ~44pt without changing the chip's layout.
  • GBChip: .fixedSize() so chips don't wrap per letter.
  • MRRow and IssueRow: metadata stacks vertically at accessibility text sizes; issue labels wrap to a column when they don't fit.
  • DiffView lines: one accessibility element labelled "Added line 13: …" / "Removed line 12: …" / "Line 14: …"; number and marker columns use @ScaledMetric.
