Tap a diff line to comment on it or, on the new side, suggest a change to it or a range ending on it. Threads show a suggestion's replaced and proposed lines with Apply; a repository requiring signed commits gets the CLI command instead.
Unit target green (593). Checked against a local instance: suggest on line 7 of an added file, apply, and the commit lands on the source branch with straight quotes intact.
